For 9 Years, we have been a global specialist in Innovative Sailmaking Products and Bonding Systems for flexible materials, this is the result of 3 years of Gluing Research and Development for the 1992 America's cup.
As a consequence of the America's cup, season after season we have developed machines for sail making world-wide. As a result of our own developments in glue, machines and patches, the RBS Bonding System was born.
Many of the World's Major Sailmaking Companies in 12 different Countries, use one of our Systems. Today, we have over machines which are in use all over the World. Our Knowledge in this market, our confidential services and our development capabilities are unparalleled.
Our company is installed in a 2000 m² plant including a pilot laminating line, 2 laminating line, and our own machine building division, we have in France a capacity which satisfy our worldwide customer.
We have resolved a number of tricky problems in the field of flexible assembling (Glue, Processes, Specialized Machines...). RBS has also a vast expertise in gluing process and chemistry. We offer complete laboratory services which help you - and us - with one-off problem-solving, analysis and validation, integrated in the design of the machine.
