The RBS Adhesives and Fanned Fiber Reinforcements are the results of a know-how which has been mastered over ten years.

We have developed adhesives, processes and tools, we have found the way to extreme performance with a competitive cost. Our Bi-component Adhesives are the only products on the market to combine lightness, performance and high resistance to sea aggression and intensive use (Several Around the World Races and Offshore races...)

We constantly search for new products and systems, which we test systematically.

Tests of glues:
- Shear and peel tests on different sailcloth samples
- Testing Machine with Computer Recording and Analysis Conforming to CNES/ITF standards.

Analysis and Calculation of assemblies:
with various modulus, thickness of products and glues, assembly width...

Testing of glues under static loads (long duration loading...):
Tests of bonded parts with constant loads from 0.5 to 800 Kg
We can exactly duplicate the real conditions and effects of strengths of products

Tests of glues in aggressive environments, UV resistance test:
We test and compare the behavior of glues under UV, Water, Aggressive environments if necessary.

Development of specific tools and machines for Manufacturing and Production:
We select the best technologies for heating and bonding.
For fast customer feedback, we carry out the tests on machines,
adjusting pressure, temperatures, speeds...
