Much Closer to Sailcloth Laminating Processes, The RBS System uses Bi-Component Thermo-reactive Glue with the same basic concept: Apply as little glue as possible, then cause it to react under high pressure using powerful machines. In this case we obtain a real Laminate very close to the basic cloth and with similar properties:  No distortion under heavy loads at the junctions.
Extremely tough and resilient.
Very High Static Shear Strength (from 80 to 150 DaN per inch² bonded junction on laboratory testing during several hundred hours.)
Very thin, smooth and soft glued seam (uses less glue),
No wrinkling, no hard zone on the basic cloth
Thanks to the hardener, the glue is stabilized.
Excellent aging life and resistance to UV
